This course will acquaint the student with the basic language, logic and designs used in clinical research as it applies to physical therapy. Principles of evidence-based practice are introduced as students identify answerable research questions, and as they search for, and evaluate evidence from clinical research. Students also become familiar with the statistical tools most commonly employed in research relating to physical therapy.
